The Lennox Building was designed with the well being and productivity of its members at its core. Live planting throughout, temperature zone control, rooftop garden terrace, on-site bike parking and a library contribute to a sustainable working environment. The Lennox Building is the first WELL v2 certified project in Ireland and the first certified flexible workspace in Europe. The Building also houses Doolally, the latest restaurant offering Asian cuisine, With a punchy 220-seat capacity.
The building and its occupants are protected by a Safegard EMB damper control panel along with Safegard EIS dampers.
